WHAT IS HYCOMB PANEL?
HyCOMB panels are non‑combustible aluminium honeycomb panels available in three main configurations:
• Client‑selected natural stone mechanically and adhesively bonded to an aluminium honeycomb backing
• Aluminium honeycomb panel (standard configuration)
• Stainless steel mechanically bonded to an aluminium honeycomb backing
Panels are installed using the HyComb Interlocking G‑Railing System, which provides secure, efficient, and concealed fixing to the building substrate.
What sizes are available, and how do they compare to solid stone?
Panels can be manufactured up to 1500 × 3000 mm, depending on stone availability and practical handling limits. For ease of installation, a recommended panel size is under 2 m² (approx. 46 kg/panel).

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
HyCOMB Aluminium Honeycomb Stone Panels carry a 5‑year warranty against delamination. If delamination occurs within this period, HyCOMB will supply a replacement panel free of charge.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery is typically around 70 days after approval of final shop drawings, depending on shipping schedules, order size, customs clearance, and delivery location.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order for custom‑made AHSP.
However, a 300 m² minimum order applies to AHP panels with PVDF or timber‑look finishes.

If required, our engineers can provide on‑site installer training on a daily‑rate basis, typically over a short learning period of a few days.
