HyCOMB Australia is a manufacturer/supplier and installer for HyCOMB light weight stone panels, aluminium honeycomb panels, natural stone slabs, HyQuartz branded quartz stone, joinery and various other building supplies. They have provide the following services to the industry covering all aspects of construction including manufacturing, procurement, fabrication, installation, project management, installation and estimating.
WHAT IS HYCOMB PANEL?
HyCOMB panels are a non combustible aluminium honeycomb sandwich-type panel consisting different layers of described below:
1) Light weight stone on aluminium honeycomb panel
2) Aluminium honeycomb panel
3) Porcelain on aluminium honeycomb panel
WHAT ARE THE SIZES AVAILABLE & HOW MUCH LIGHTER IN WEIGHT ARE THEY COMPARED TO DIMENSION STONE?
Sizes available up to 1500mm x 3000mm with no joint in one single panel. It's overall weight is approximately 1/4 of an equivalent sized dimension stone. (Please note that the sizes may vary depending on fascia type)
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
HyCOMB Aluminium Honeycomb Panel have a 15 year warranty.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Upon approval of client's final shop drawings, the delivery time is approximately 60 days, dependent on shipping schedule, quantity Australian Customs clearance and delivery location in Australia.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order.
WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF HyCOMB PANELS?
HyCOMB Panels are used for exterior wall cladding, interior wall cladding, flooring, ceilings, space decoration and billboards. Also available in Marble, Granite & Wood-grain colour panels which give the same effect as the natural products but is much lighter than stone & more rigid.
IS CURVED ALUMINIUM HONEYCOMB PANEL AVAILABLE?
Yes, with today's stone bending techniques and our special machinery, we have in our factory. The super thin aluminium honeycomb panel veneered with natural stone can be precisely curved with the minimum radius of 700mm. This kind of curved panels is the global choice for decoration of circular building columns, curved shape of building external walls, furniture, interior fit-out and luxury marine boat interior finishings.
